How This Works: In order to record your answers to the questions below you will need to print out the ‘Score Sheet’, which can be found here.
Then read through the questions, recording the the answers as per the instructions on the score sheet, the result of which should be four Initials in the ‘
Typeboxes at the bottom of the table.
When answering the questions some people have raised concerns that they feel that they are sometimes one thing and sometimes another, and that’s OK, just put down how you feel right now.
